Office of Faculty Affairs
The Office of Faculty Affairs (formerly the Office of Faculty Services) provides guidance and support to all full-time and adjunct faculty across the key lifecycle areas of:
- Management and administration of student evaluations
- Assignment of Program (AOP) for course selection
- Tenure Review
- Certificates of Continuous Employment (CCE)
- Promotion
- Reappointment
- Sabbatical Leaves and Release Time for Research (RTR)
The Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA) supports the Faculty Senate to ensure its standing committees operate in accordance with Senate Bylaws.
The OFA team fosters a rewarding, supportive environment aligned with the missions of FIT and Academic Affairs, consistently demonstrating our dedication to the college community.
