Summer Schedule

After consultation with the President, the Cabinet, and the UCE, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, the College's summer schedule for May 2026 through August 2026 is as follows:

• For eligible bargaining staff, shorter hours will begin Monday, May 18, 2026, and end on Friday, August 21
• The college is closed for summer Fridays on: May 22, June 5, 12, and 26, July 10, 17, 24, and 31, and August 7, 14, and 21
• The college is closed for holidays on: May 25 (Memorial Day), June 19 (Juneteenth), and July 3 (Independence Day observed)
• Convocation will occur on Monday, August 24 - Regular Work Schedules Resume

Please read the 2026 Summer Closing and Work Schedule Guide (.pdf) and refer to the Quick Guide for Reporting time (.pdf) for complete details.  Employees must complete a 2026 Summer Work Schedule Form (.pdf) and share it with their supervisor as soon as possible. Supervisors should retain forms for their records (do not submit them to Human Resources).
