Changes in Hours and Library Closures
The Library will be closed and/or have shortened hours on the following days:
- The 4th and 5th floors will be closed Thursday - Sunday, November 27 - 30, for Thanksgiving
- 6th floor open on Saturday, November 29: 11am - 10pm and Sunday, November 30: 12pm (noon) - 10pm
- Shorter hours for Monday - Tuesday, December 22 - 23

Pick Up Hours for Requested Material
Browsing in the stacks is available and encouraged. However, as an alternative patrons can request FIT books and DVDs through OneSearch for pick up. Step-by-step instructions and additional information can be found on our Borrowing Materials page. Items are located in a beige cabinet in the Main Reading Room by the Library Services Desk. Make sure to check out these materials before you leave either at the self-checkout stations or at the Library Services Desk. Please do not come to the library until you receive a "ready for pick up" confirmation email. Pick up hours are anytime the 5th floor is open.
