Those who did not attend the first site visit on September 18, 2026,must attend the September 30, 2026 site visit to qualify for bidding on this project. Questions Due on October 7, 2026, 3:00 PM. P.M. on October 16, 2026, will be considered. The timestamp on the FIT server
