Welcome to the FIT Housing Selection page. If you plan to live on campus next year,
here is what you need to know to choose your residence hall and room.
Key Dates & Eligibility
Review the housing selection timeline carefully so you don’t miss deadlines for selecting your building, room type, or roommate. You must be a current resident in good standing to participate in housing selection.
How to Participate
- Check Eligibility
Confirm that you meet all criteria—student status, any GPA or standing requirements, and that there are no outstanding disciplinary or financial holds on your account - Review Available Options
Examine the residence halls and room types offered for the upcoming year. Understand differences in cost, layout, amenities, and location. - Form roommate groups
Communicate clearly with your requested roommate(s) ahead of time to ensure mutual selection.
What You’ll Need
When you submit your application there is a $500 charge added to your account as a non-refundable deposit.
